Returns, refunds and cancellations:

ITEM(S) MUST BE INSPECTED AT TIME OF DELIVERY. VISIBLE SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY. 

CONCEALED DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT.  VALUEELECTRONICS.COM INC.  WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES REPORTED AFTER 24 HOURS OR ANY DAMAGE REPORTED ON ITEMS SIGNED FREE AND CLEAR.

Purchases can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is in transit. 

Defective item(s) are covered by our 14-day replacement only for defective merchandise. For Elite TVs any replacement is done by Sharp, not ValueElectronics.com.  Replacement is subject to the manufacturer's determination that the product is within the guidelines of their definition of defective.   Specifically, stuck or dead pixels are not considered a manufacturers defect unless otherwise deemed defective by the manufacturer.

 
Upon delivery, it is the consumer’s sole responsibility to inspect the product to insure that it is not physically damaged.
 
Do not sign the delivery receipt until you have inspected the product. Once you sign for the item, you are accepting of the product physically as is and can not refute the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward.  If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage.
 
If you are refusing the delivery of the TV and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the round trip shipping.   If a refund is requested we will credit the cost of the product only. You will not be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
 
If your television does arrive damaged please contact us immediately at 800-789-5050 or email rzohn@valueelectronics.com and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

If you insist on a refund only there is a 10% restocking fee and you are responsible for the round trip shipping costs.  No refund will be issued after 14 days of receipt of goods.
